Retail Solar Engineer (Calamba)

Position Summary:

The Retail Solar Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end technical support of retail (residential and small commercial) solar projects—from pre-sales engineering and estimation to design validation and project execution support. This role works closely with Sales, Project Services Group (PSG), and Operations to ensure accurate costing, efficient system design, and successful project delivery across multiple areas in Luzon.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred)
• At least 2–5 years of experience in solar PV design, estimation, or project execution
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations)
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, PVsyst, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, load computations, and grid interconnection
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
