Job Description

  • Operations

Supervise stores as may be assigned by the Retail Sales Manager

Submission of inventory reports

Submission of visual merchandise report

Submission of daily sales report

Attend to customers inquiry and complains

Participate in stores ingress and egress

  • Financials

To attain monthly sales quota and growth per store area

To monitor stock level per store per area

To lessen and control inventory losses

  • People Management

To coach and train subordinates to effectively provides quality output

Maintain harmonious business relationship with clients, customers and subordinates.

Conduct performance evaluation and recommendation for trainees

Qualifications

  • Must be at least college undergraduate
  • With retail sales experience of at least 3 years in the same capacity

Computer Literate

Social Media handling

Leadership skills

Analytical skills

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work under pressure

Very good in oral and written communication skills

Customer-service oriented
