Attend to customers inquiry and complains
Participate in stores ingress and egress
To attain monthly sales quota and growth per store area
To monitor stock level per store per area
To lessen and control inventory losses
To coach and train subordinates to effectively provides quality output
Maintain harmonious business relationship with clients, customers and subordinates.
Conduct performance evaluation and recommendation for trainees
Qualifications
- Must be at least college undergraduate
- With retail sales experience of at least 3 years in the same capacity
