Job Description
- Operations
- Supervise stores as may be assigned by the Retail Sales Manager
- Submission of inventory reports
- Submission of visual merchandise report
- Submission of daily sales report
- Attend to customers inquiry and complains
- Participate in store's ingress and egress
- Financials
- To attain monthly sales quota and growth per store area
- To monitor stock level per store per area
- To lessen and control inventory losses
- People Management
- To coach and train subordinates to effectively provides quality output
- Maintain harmonious business relationship with clients, customers and subordinates.
- Conduct performance evaluation and recommendation for trainees
- Must be at least college undergraduate
- With retail sales experience of at least 3 years in the same capacity
- Computer Literate
- Social Media handling
- Leadership skills
- Analytical skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very good in oral and written communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
