COMPANY PROFILE: A well-known manufacturing company of high-quality electronic products, established approximately 40 years ago. The company is one of the leading distributors of home electronic appliances.
Position: Retail Sales Manager
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Salary: Php90,000 - Php100,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field
At least 6-10 years of sales experience
At least 1-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an advantage
Experience in the Air Conditioning (AC) or HVAC industry is an advantage
Proven track record in channel sales management and revenue growth is a plus
Willing to work onsite
Amenable to start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve AC sales targets.
Expand and strengthen the company's dealer and distributor network nationwide.
Manage sell-in and sell-out initiatives to increase market share and sales growth.
Monitor overall sales performance and provide strategic insights, forecasts, and recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and sales activities.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
