Role Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to oversee and manage the operations and sales of our door hardware product line. The role will include responsibilities such as driving retail sales targets, managing a sales team, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction. The Retail Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and design strategies to meet organizational objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the National Capital Region, Philippines.

• Strong skills in Retail Sales and Sales strategy development
• Excellent Communication abilities to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience
• Proven track record in people management and team leadership
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience working in the hardware or construction industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
