Job Summary

You will take care of walk-in customers: greet, understand what they're looking for, and recommend pieces, manage store operations including cashiering and stock handling, and maintain a welcoming retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable antique, vintage, or replica pieces.
• Accurately handle cashiering transactions and price tagging to ensure smooth sales processes
• Follow up with customer enquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation to enhance customer experience
• Conduct regular stock-takes and replenish shelves following company standard operating procedures
• Assist with packing orders for both in-store and online e-commerce sales to ensure timely delivery
• Receive and organize organise stock during new shipments (involves lifting and moving items safely)

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work regular retail hours including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to read and understand English
• Honest, proactive, and reliable
• Comfortable with manual handling of stock to assist with receiving and organizing shipments
• Minimum GCE O or N Level qualification
• Product training will be provided.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Retail experience, which supports effective customer service and store operations (preferred but not essential).
