Role Description The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaue. This position is responsible for engaging retail customers, presenting product offerings, and promoting sales of Hightower's food and beverage portfolio. Daily activities include processing orders, managing inquiries, and ensuring product displays are accurate and appealing. The role involves building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams on stock availability, and meeting sales targets. The Retail Sales Executive also monitors market trends, gathers customer feedback, and supports promotional activities to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and professional written correspondence.
• Relevant experience in food, FMCG, or retail environments is beneficial, along with basic knowledge of inventory and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Mandaue.
• Strong attention to detail, basic numerical skills, and a results-oriented mindset; a college diploma or equivalent is required, and further education in Business or Marketing is an advantage.
