Job Summary

Join our Sanitary & Lightings retail shop as a Sales Executive / Retail Sales Associate, where you will engage customers, support sales activities, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable sanitary and lighting products
• Apply relevant trade sales experience to explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and welcoming retail environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Work effectively during weekends to support store operations and meet customer demand
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge application
• 6days work with off day on weekday

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess relevant product knowledge related to sanitary and lighting items
• Demonstrate experience in trade sales within a retail setting
• Show motivation and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Other Information

Basic salary with commission payable

Salary negotiable based on working experience
