Job Summary
The Retail Sales Design Assistant supports the sales team in delivering excellent customer service while assisting in basic design presentations, product recommendations, and showroom operations. This role combines customer engagement, visual presentation, and administrative support to help drive sales and maintain an organized and appealing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and online customers with product inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Support Sales Designers in preparing layout proposals, mood boards, and simple design presentations
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product availability and delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of design tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented with a pleasing personality
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Amenable to do site visits & client meetings if needed
Work Location: Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8:00AM - 5:00PM) & Saturdays (8:00AM - 3:00PM)
