The Sales Staff is responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring compliance with store operations and brand standards.
- Greets customers and assists them in identifying and selecting appropriate products based on their needs
- Provides accurate product information and responds to customer inquiries effectively
- Conducts product presentations and demonstrations (e.g., fragrance testing) to support sales conversion
- Achieves assigned individual sales targets and contributes to overall store performance
- Processes sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Monitors stock levels and reports low or fast-moving items
- Participates in inventory counts and assists in reconciliation of discrepancies
- Maintains cleanliness, organization, and proper product display in accordance with company standards
- Prepares and submits required sales and inventory reports accurately and on time
