Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for bond paper products.
Generate and follow up on sales leads and convert them into orders.
Prepare price quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations.
Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and warehouse for deliveries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Monitor customer accounts for payment follow-ups and credit term adherence.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
Provide after-sales service support, handling complaints or special requests.
Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (good-to-have or requirement).
With 12 years of sales or customer service experience; experience in paper products or office supplies is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may be considered.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
