Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Associate is responsible for promoting company products and services, engaging with customers, and driving sales growth. The role involves handling client inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales process from lead generation to closing. Key Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Assist customers by providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
• Prepare sales reports, client records, and documentation accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and deliveries
• Participate in marketing activities such as events, promotions, and fieldwork
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
• Support the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
• Travel when required to meet clients or attend business-related activities
