Your Role
- Troubleshoot product scanning errors and issues reported by Sites and stakeholders, including pricing and product not scanning due to not being in the current Price file.
- Troubleshoot promotion scanning errors and issues reported by Sites and stakeholders, including promotion mechanism, Promotional Price, and promotion not scanning
- Load the Monthly Promotional program onto the QuickFuel System
- Load and maintain currency of Permanent and Location Promotions on the QuickFuel System.
- Load Tobacco Pricing Programs onto the QuickFuel System
- Ensure accurate entry of Promotion details, by Product range, Dates, and Locations.
- Liaise with Marketing to load promotional advertising media onto the QuickFuel System.
- Maintain currency of advertising media
- Coordinate network refreshes of all price change programs, ensuring the network is scanning the current approved master price files.
- Ensure Price changes are loaded onto the QuickFuel System promptly
- Manage Touch Screen Keyboard across National, Stat,e and Site Locations.
- Create new product/promotion Touch Screen buttons.
- Provide recommendations on the current Touch Screen, improving efficiency and usability for the end user
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Previous experience in managing Point of Systems and its database.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and financial analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
