About the Role

This role combines day-to-day store leadership, data-driven decision-making, and local marketing execution. You'll ensure smooth operations while actively driving customer engagement and store growth within the community.

What You'll Do

Store Operations Management

  • Oversee daily Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations including staffing, cashiering, and workflow execution
  • Ensure compliance with Food, Service, Cleanliness standards, and government regulations
  • Conduct daily checks on tools and equipment to ensure efficiency

Inventory & Supply Coordination

  • Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods
  • Forecast requirements and coordinate with Supply Chain
  • Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze daily store performance data (sales, inventory, customer feedback)
  • Prepare reports and present insights to management
  • Use data to recommend actions that improve store performance

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead onboarding and training of new crew members
  • Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and team huddles
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team environment

Customer Experience

  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure consistently excellent service delivery

Local Store Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Execute local promotions, in-store events, and community-based initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to increase store visibility within the local area
  • Drive customer loyalty through creative and relevant engagement efforts

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or any related field
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, or quick service restaurants
  • Solid restaurant management experience (required)
  • Proven experience in:
  • Analyzing store performance data and presenting insights to management
  • Executing store promotions within the local community
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive team player who can inspire and lead others
