Location: Singapore (On-site)
Contract: Short-term (Nov 1 – Dec 31, potential extension)
Commitment: 3 hours/day, Friday - Sundays

A global consulting firm is partnering with a leading fashion retailer in Singapore to transform in-store operations. Your mission: optimize staff deployment during peak periods to boost sales and improve customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Guide pilot store managers on effective rostering and role allocation
- Coach and motivate teams to hit sales targets
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and engagement
- Implement best practices in workforce management and store operations
Who You Are:
- Former Area Manager or Retail Operations Manager with Singapore retail experience
- Skilled in retail workforce management, rostering, or store optimization
- A hands-on coach who drives results on the floor
