Primary Function: As a Retail Operations Control Supervisor, you will oversee the quality execution, compliance, and operational performance across multiple sales channels including Snacks-To-Go Stores, Mobile Snacks-To-Go, Snacks-To-Go Vending Machines and the Snacks-To-Go Webstore. You will ensure efficient operations, adherence to SOPs, and consistent customer experience across all platforms while coordinating with field teams and cross-functional departments.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business, Operations, Retail, or any related field
- With at least 3 years of experience in Retail or Multi-channel Operations
- Proficient in Multichannel Operational Oversight, Execution of Campaigns, Promotions and Directives, Reporting, Tracking & Data Management, Customer Experience & Issues Management, Continuous Improvement & Process Development, and Cross-Functional Coordination
- Willing to do regular field work
- Must know how to drive
- Valid Driver's License required
- With advanced skill in Data Analysis and Reporting using MS Excel and Dashboard Tools
- Ability to perform operational audit and compliance checks
- Knowledgeable of digital retail and order management systems
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
