Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for Retail, E-commerce, Order Support, Delivery, and other Customer Support Accounts in Quezon City. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, exchanges, and other shopping-related concerns while providing accurate and professional support.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College level or graduates are welcome
• No BPO experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
  
  

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Assist with product, order, and delivery concerns
• Provide support for returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets
  
  

Training & Work Setup

• Onsite: West Avenue, Quezon City
• Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
