Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Merchandising Specialist (Buyer) to support buying, inventory management, and merchandising activities across assigned stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Analyze sales and merchandise performance to support buying decisions.
- Prepare and adjust stock requisitions based on store needs.
- Support promotions and ensure proper in-store execution.
- Ensure proper product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and warehouses.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and merchandising reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Retail experience is required, preferably in merchandising, buying, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and commercially driven.
- Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
