Role Description
- Drive Operational Excellence - Oversee daily operations across warehousing, logistics, supply chain, and customer fulfillment to ensure speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Lead Financial Performance - Own the company P&L, drive profitability, control costs, and ensure strong financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic capital allocation.
- Build High-Performance Teams - Lead HR and Administrative functions to build a strong, values-driven culture while optimizing manpower productivity and organizational structure.
- Strategic Planning & Execution - Translate company vision into operational strategies and execution plans that accelerate revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Implement dashboards, analytics, and KPIs to track performance, uncover opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
- Scalable Systems & Processes - Enhance operational systems and workflows to support rapid growth, new product launches, omnichannel expansion, and market entry.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven track record in operations management, financial oversight, and organizational leadership.
- Strong experience in P&L ownership, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Advanced skills in data analytics, KPI management, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build systems and teams that scale.
- Experience in digital transformation or scaling tech-enabled businesses.
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization, marketplace operations, and multi-brand management.
- MBA, CPA, or advanced business/financial training is an advantage.
