Key Responsibilities

Shangri‑La Plaza is looking for a strategic and creative Retail Marketing Manager to lead high‑impact marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, drive mall traffic, and support overall business performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and mall programs.
• Strengthen brand image, customer engagement, and foot traffic through strategic communications.
• Drive business development initiatives, partnerships, and revenue‑generating marketing programs.
• Collaborate closely with retail partners on campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Manage marketing budgets, revenue from mall media and exhibits, and performance reporting.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant marketing experience, with 10 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in retail, brand management, and integrated marketing communications.
• Strategic, creative, and highly analytical with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
