Qualifications & Experience
Relevant experience in retail operations or similar role.
Experience handling department store or boutique operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Analytical with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and customer service practice.
Familiarity with inventory management and logistics is a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
Develop and execute channel and sell-out (SO) improvement plans in line with the company's channel development strategy.
Drive sales performance and operational excellence across retail channels ensuring the achievement of key business and operational KPIs.
Analyze retail performance data and develop actionable strategies to improve channel efficiency and business results.
Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects with local teams to ensure effective execution and implementation customer and all divisions.
