Key Responsibilities

The Retail Leasing Manager Strategic Leasing will play a key role in shaping the merchandise mix, brand acquisition strategy, and overall retail positioning of ShangriLa Plaza. The role collaborates closely with the Retail Leasing Head to execute strategic leasing plans that achieve target rental revenue, occupancy, and tenant mix productivity.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic leasing initiatives to boost occupancy and rental revenues.
• Curate and enhance the mall's merchandise mix by identifying winning brands and concepts.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and industry partners.
• Oversee lease negotiations, documentation, and new tenant onboarding.
• Coach and develop Leasing Specialists to hit team and departmental goals.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years experience in retail/mall leasing, with 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong network in the retail industry (local or global).
• Skilled in negotiation, financial analysis, and merchandise mix planning.
• Strategic thinker collaborative, customeroriented, and highly driven.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
