Role Description The Retail Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan del Monte, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes leading and coaching retail team members, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to achieve targets. The Retail Lead will maintain strong product knowledge of Teviant's collections, assist customers with product selection, and ensure that merchandising and visual displays are aligned with brand standards. They will handle customer inquiries and concerns, manage inventory and stock levels, and coordinate with management on promotions and events. The role also involves generating feedback from customers and the team to support continuous improvement in store performance and service quality. You will be responsible for executing the Growth Startegies of the Brand.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Retail Sales and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid Product Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty trends, with the ability to educate and guide customers on Teviant products.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, handle concerns professionally, and maintain positive relationships.
• Experience in leading or supervising retail teams, including coaching, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
• Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion retail is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Juan del Monte, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
