Retail Fulfillment Specialist

We're looking for a Retail Fulfillment Specialist to take full ownership of a key retail account from order processing through routing, shipping, and compliance. This role is critical to keeping our supply chain running smoothly and requires someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and builds strong relationships with our copacker partners to get orders out the door on time, every time.

Salary: USD 2,050 monthly.

What You'll Own

● End-to-end order management for an assigned retail account, including order processing, routing, and shipping.

● Compliance ownership — ensuring all orders meet retailer-specific requirements and routing guides.

● Reporting and analysis to track order status, identify issues, and support operational decision-making.

● Copacker relationships — serving as the primary point of contact with our strategic copacker partners, coordinating schedules, resolving issues, and building trust to keep.

● Cross-functional communication with internal teams (logistics, sales, customer service) to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.

What You Bring

● Experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain roles

● Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking/reporting)

● Proven ability to manage reporting and translate data into action

● Excellent communication skills, with confidence building relationships with external partners

● Ability to stay organized and level-headed under pressure, especially during high-volume or time-sensitive periods

● A proactive, ownership mindset, you don't wait to be told, you see what needs to happen and drive it forward

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working with retail accounts and routing guides/compliance requirements

● Familiarity with copacker or third-party manufacturing relationships

● Experience with order management or ERP systems
