  • Manage inbound and outbound Electronic Data Interchange transactions, including 850 Purchase Orders, 856 Advance Ship Notices, 810 Invoices, and 860 Order Changes.
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of Electronic Data Interchange data and resolve transmission, mapping, or processing errors.
  • Ensure compliance with retailer-specific Electronic Data Interchange standards, specifications, and transaction requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready Electronic Data Interchange logs, transaction records, and issue-resolution documentation.
  • Enter, update, and manage sales orders, fulfilment records, and order transactions within NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning.
  • Reconcile NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning data against retailer portals and order management systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Support month-end order reconciliation activities and identify open, incomplete, or unbilled orders.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process documentation, and audit-compliant records within NetSuite.
  • Monitor compliance with retailer requirements involving labelling, packaging configurations, shipping schedules, and purchase order terms.
  • Ensure adherence to retailer routing guides, vendor compliance standards, On-Time In-Full requirements, and delivery window management.
  • Track, analyse, and report chargeback occurrences, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor retailer compliance updates and communicate changes and requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily and weekly order status reports, exception logs, and operational reporting metrics.
  • Communicate proactively with United States-based stakeholders regarding order status, escalations, issue resolution, and fulfilment performance.
  • Participate in operational reviews, team meetings, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience supporting consumer products, retail brands, or high-volume retail environments preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange transactions, including 850 Purchase Orders, 856 Advance Ship Notices, 810 Invoices, and 860 Order Changes.
  • Understanding of Electronic Data Interchange data flows, transaction management, validation processes, and error resolution.
