The Retail Execution & Localized Promotions Manager plays a pivotal role in driving execution excellence and dealer motivation across branches and regions. This position leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of regional trade activations and dealer engagement programs designed to strengthen brand visibility, boost sales performance, and enhance dealer income growth.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Field Execution & Trade Activation
- Leads the development of branch layout standards, planogram design, and assortment strategies to ensure optimal product visibility, customer experience, and sales performance.
- Drives excellence in field execution across all branches and community trade initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices.
- Identifies execution gaps and implements targeted improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency, brand impact, and sales conversion.
B. Regional Promotions & Dealer Engagement
- Design, implement, and evaluate regional promotional campaigns addressing key opportunity areas across the 4Rs (Recruitment, RPO, Retention, and Reactivation) and Dealer Progression.
- Lead planning and coordination of regional events, community activations, and dealer recognition programs to boost engagement and sales performance.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess promotional effectiveness and ROl.
C. Strategic Collaboration & Alignment
- Serve as the strategic bridge between Field Commercial Operations, Marketing, Campaign Promotions, and Dealer Campaigns to ensure campaign relevance and alignment with business goals.
- Translate national campaigns into region-specific strategies that maximize local market opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure promotional readiness, operational efficiency, and timely execution.
D. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate campaign results, gather insights, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Ensure operational discipline and continuous improvement in field execution standards.
E. Leadership & Capability Building
- Coach and mentor regional teams to strengthen trade activation capability and local market responsiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence across all field operations.
This role collaborates closely with Field Commercial Operations, Campaign Promotions, SCMG, and FD to deliver engaging, cost-efficient, and results-driven on-ground activations that sustain dealer enthusiasm and performance momentum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Business Admin, or related discipline
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Retail Execution, preferably within FMCG or Direct Selling industries
- Proven experience in managing regional campaigns or field activations with measurable business results
- Strong understanding of sales processes, trade dynamics, and dealer motivation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and campaign reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
