Job Description

The Retail Enablement Specialist bridges brand strategy and floor-level execution. This role focuses on empowering frontline workforce to convert foot traffic into ASUS sales. You are responsible for ensuring that every person representing ASUS in a retail environment has the tools, knowledge, and motivation to achieve market share goal.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Frontline Engagement & Performance

  • Mindshare Management: Design and execute engagement programs and incentive structures to ensure ASUS is the top-of-mind recommendation for multi-brand and exclusive store frontliners.
  • Field Force Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for promoters and frontliners, resolving floor-level program roadblocks in real-time.

2. Channel & Dealer Coordination

  • Sales Alignment: Partner with the Channel Sales Team and Dealers to synchronize brand priorities with store-level realities.

3. Data Management & Analytics

  • Retail Intelligence: Collect and analyze data, reports, and competitor activity to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Operational Tracking: Own and maintain database, ensuring all data are properly inputted, sorted and reported.
  • Quarterly Reporting: Transform raw field data into actionable insights for the Retail Enablement Team Lead decision making.

4. Execution & Sustainability

  • Program Ownership: Create and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of retail enablement programs—from initial rationale and mechanic design to execution, monitoring, project closing and post-mortem analysis.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, or sales; exposure to the consumer electronics industry is an advantage
  • Must have a genuine interest in IT products and technology trends
  • Proven experience in developing and executing retail programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to propose innovative ideas
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and support new initiatives as required
