Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Development Specialist based in San Juan del Monte. The role involves developing and executing retail strategies to enhance product presence, increase sales, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include:

Site Acquisition & Research: Conducting market studies, evaluating foot traffic, and assessing demographic viability to identify profitable new store locations.

Lease Negotiations: Securing and negotiating commercial space leases with landlords and lessors.

Project Management: Coordinating with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure new store construction meets budget and deadlines.

Compliance & Permits: Securing necessary business permits, licenses, and ensuring brand compliance before opening, including setting up and management of POS.

• Proficient in Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and sales performance evaluation
• Strong Communication skills for effectively engaging with retail partners and team members
• Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to develop and implement retail strategies
• Background in Software Development and Programming is an advantage, particularly for handling retail technology tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Adaptable and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus
