Job Summary

  • Manage the entire business for the third party of distribution company in terms of sales, expense and any administrative matter.
  • Improve Key Performance Indicator performance for sales activity that Sales Planning Department set with training and coaching to the sales operational manager and sales personnel of its distribution company thru On-the-Job training in the field.
  • Create effective way of problem solving and strong relationship with distribution company thru constant observation, monitoring, analysis and close communication with them.

Minimum Requirements


  • College 4-year graduate
  • Experience in handling dealers or working with Distributor

Required Skills


  • Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Good oral and written communication
  • With valid driver's license
  • Coaching skills
  • Negotiation skills
