Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest level of service standards for our customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Maintain customer accounts, including updating information and processing orders.
  • Handle data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Promptly respond to both internal and external inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.
  • Confident and articulate communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to task completion.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment or autonomously.
  • Good working knowledge of ERP systems (Pronto highly regarded).
