Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails related to retail products and services.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, billing, returns, product availability, and account issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level.
- With or without BPO experience (training will be provided).
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
