We are seeking an experienced Retail Banking Business Head to lead and drive the performance of our branch business managers focused on CASA (Current and Savings Accounts) growth. This strategic role involves designing frameworks and strategies to empower your team to achieve targets, optimize customer engagement, and maximize product penetration. You will also collaborate closely with the Liability Products and Alternative Channels team to ensure effective delivery of business objectives and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Managers responsible for CASA sales.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, frameworks, and initiatives to achieve business growth targets.
- Partner with Liability Products and Alternative Channels teams to enhance product offerings and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and analyze business performance, recommending actionable strategies to improve results.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies in all sales and operational activities.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in retail banking, with a focus on branch sales and CASA growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement business frameworks.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of banking products, liability management, and alternative sales channels.
