BASIC FUNCTION
Supports the Retail business goals and sales strategies
Works closely with the Retail Head for any deliverables for the ice cream parlor and scooping station
Implements partnerships and expansion programs
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates weekly analysis and sales reports for weekly sales alignment
- In-charge of implementing partnerships and promotions:
- Liaising with Grab, SMX, SM, etc. once partnership details are secured
- Creation of marketing materials
- Implementation with the store crew
- Supports retail-related marketing concerns:
- Working closely with Digital Marketing Associate for social media pushes
- Coordinates with lessors (Rockwell & MOA) for social media pushes on their platforms
- Creating monthly marketing collaterals (proving direction and filing marketing requests, print, deliver, install, attends photoshoots, as needed)
- Works closely with E-Commerce associate for updating of retail-related information on the website
- Store expansion:
- In-charge of leads generation and conducts oculars for new locations
- Monitors and closely coordinates with Engineering team for timelines.
- Monitors Gantt chart of Engineering team and provides timely updates
- Leads the Store Blessing for every new store (i.e. Procurement, Finance, Marketing)
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure design adheres to brand colors and guidelines
- Other tasks that may be assigned to support Retail operations.
QUALIFICATION GUIDES
- College Graduate.
- 1-2 years in the same position but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be excellent in project management
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate and drive resolution across multifunctional areas
- Possesses basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Detail-oriented
- Good communicator
