Qualifications / Requirements
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, or ALS Graduate
B2 CEFR English Communication Skills
With 06 months or more Call Center Experience
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities
Assist retail customers with product inquiries, orders, and account concerns
Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
