Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, trade marketing, or sales roles
- Experience working with retail accounts, distributors, AR Management, Inventory
Management, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, and FMCG companies is preferred
- Background in handling trade promotions, merchandising, or category management is an advantage
- Training in sales analytics, shopper marketing, or brand management is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales and distribution goals
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising programs, and retail campaigns
- Collaborate with sales teams to align trade activities with key account objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and campaigns
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-efficient execution
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for seamless execution
- Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all retail touchpoints
- Lead and support product launches within retail channels
