RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Precision Fitment: Consult with clients to ensure every part—from suspension setups to tuning modules—is a perfect match for their vehicle and performance goals.
- Proactive After-Sales: Deliver world-class support by managing warranties, logistics, and technical inquiries with speed and professionalism.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Technical Authority: You must have a strong technical understanding of cars. You should be comfortable discussing fitment, performance specs, and aftermarket upgrades.
- Retail Excellence: Background in high-end retail, customer service, or e-commerce operations.
- Communication Mastery: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems before they reach the client.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in managing online chat platforms and order management systems.
