Job Description

We are hiring Retail Account Specialists to assist shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide product and pricing information
• Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of transactions
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training:

• Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on retail systems and processes

Qualifications:

• High school / Senior High School (College preferred)
• No experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
