Position Details

• Position: Customer Service Representative (Blended Support)
• Industry: Retail Apparel / Athleisure
• Work Setup: Permanent Onsite
• Location: Greenhills, San Juan
• Shift: Night Shift
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Salary Package: PHP 20,400 – PHP 23,400, including up to PHP 3,000 performance bonus.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through voice, chat, and SMS channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, account concerns, and issue resolution.
• Deliver accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance, quality, and productivity standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Willing to handle blended support (voice, chat, and SMS).
• Sales experience or background is an advantage.
• Interest or knowledge in sports products is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
• Must be available for permanent onsite work.
• Working students are not eligible for this role.
