- Position: Customer Service Representative (Blended Support)
- Industry: Retail Apparel / Athleisure
- Work Setup: Permanent Onsite
- Location: Greenhills, San Juan
- Shift: Night Shift
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary Package: PHP 20,400 PHP 23,400, including up to PHP 3,000 performance bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through voice, chat, and SMS channels.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, account concerns, and issue resolution.
- Deliver accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance, quality, and productivity standards.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
- At least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Willing to handle blended support (voice, chat, and SMS).
- Sales experience or background is an advantage.
- Interest or knowledge in sports products is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
- Must be available for permanent onsite work.
- Working students are not eligible for this role.
