Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with orders, order tracking, returns, and exchanges
- Provide accurate product information and pricing
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Meet quality and customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level is an advantage)
- At least 1 month of BPO or call center experience
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
