Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Account Manager to join our team. Preferably with a background in Architecture and experience in Vendor Management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting retail fit-out and branding initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth project execution within timeline and budget. Client Relationship Management
- Manages day-to-day client relationships and attends meetings as needed alongside Account Managers
- Provides timely and consistent communication to clients and internal teams regarding project status and updates
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Project Management
- Assists in data research and analysis for retail branding, store design, and trade marketing initiatives
- Supports the development and execution of advertising strategies, retail concepts, and store designs
- Coordinates project requirements and prepares Creative Job Orders based on client briefs and analysis
- Ensures projects are aligned, executed accurately, and delivered within agreed timelines
- Maintains regular communication with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients
- Oversees vendor accreditation, transparency, bidding processes, and quarterly performance evaluations
- Monitors vendor implementation and recommends process improvements to enhance service quality and policy compliance
- Preferably knowledgeable in retail fit-out, construction coordination, or architectural design processes
Financial Management
- Assists the Account Manager in monitoring client budgets and project costs
- Ensures projects are closed in a timely manner to minimize open Purchase Orders
- Supports budget tracking, documentation, and financial coordination within the account team
