Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to complete tasks accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Open to Senior High School graduate and College undergraduates
  • No work experience required
  • Preferably with BPO experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City
