• Resolve product and service complaints professionally
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or other requests
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• No call center or retail experience needed — BPO/customer service background a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
