Title: Resume Writer / Resume Critiquer

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Resume Writer / Resume Critiquer to craft compelling, high-quality resumes that help clients stand out in today's job market. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to develop customized, ATS-optimized resumes that align with industry best practices. You will also provide professional critiques and revisions to enhance the effectiveness of existing resumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create resumes from scratch using client-provided information, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and industry alignment.
- Edit and rewrite existing resumes to improve content, structure, and ATS compatibility.
- Provide expert resume critiques based on best practices and current hiring trends.
- Engage directly with clients via phone and email as needed to gather information and provide guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 3+ years of professional resume writing experience with a strong understanding of career development.
- Industry knowledge across various job functions, including entry-level, technical, professional, and executive roles.
- Proficiency in resume formatting and ATS optimization, with the ability to determine the best format for each client.
- Certification (preferred): CPRW, NRWA, CDI, CRS, or similar credentials from recognized career organizations.
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring a positive and supportive client experience.
