JOB SUMMARY
Standard Hospitality Group is looking for a passionate and people-driven Restaurant Training Manager to lead the development and execution of Front-of-House training programs across our restaurant brands. This role will drive service excellence, operational readiness, and capability development by building training systems, certification programs, and operational standards that support consistent guest experience across all stores.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of FOH training programs and certification systems across SHG brands
- Ensure hospitality standards, service excellence, and operational readiness are consistently implemented in stores
- Conduct training sessions, capability assessments, and operational validations for store teams
- Partner closely with Operations, HR, QA, Culinary, and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with business needs
- Monitor training dashboards, certification results, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support store openings, operational rollouts, and process improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop the FOH training team while strengthening talent pipelines and succession readiness
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, HRD, Education, or related field
- At least 5–7 years of experience in restaurant operations, training, or capability development
- Strong background in hospitality standards, FOH operations, and people development
- Experience handling multi-store training programs and operational initiatives is an advantage
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in training systems, operational reporting, and digital tools
- Highly organized, adaptable, and service-oriented with a passion for operational excellence
