Job Summary
The
Restaurant System Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of restaurant business systems. This role works closely with store operations and support teams to ensure applications are functioning efficiently and meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Restaurant Management Systems and business applications.
- Assist in system implementation, upgrades, and rollout activities.
- Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and IT teams.
- Monitor system performance and prepare reports on recurring issues.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Conduct user orientation and system training for restaurant personnel.
- Support process improvement initiatives related to restaurant systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience supporting business applications, POS, ERP, or restaurant systems.
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willing to provide on-site operational support when needed.
