Job Summary
The
Restaurant System Assistant Manager supports the management, implementation, and optimization of restaurant business systems across stores and commissary operations. This role coordinates system projects, supports users, and ensures applications operate efficiently to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Restaurant Management Systems and related business applications.
- Support system implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and rollout activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and IT teams to gather business requirements.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal teams.
- Prepare user guides, SOPs, training materials, and technical documentation.
- Support branch users by providing system guidance and troubleshooting.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
- Supervise assigned projects and support team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting restaurant systems, business applications, POS, ERP, or IT operations.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service operations is preferred.
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, POS, and business systems is an advantage
