Job Description

Job Summary

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, compliance with safety standards, and achievement of sales targets. Lead and motivate staff while managing inventory, scheduling, and reporting to support overall restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to maintain smooth workflow and high service quality
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to consistently deliver excellent customer experiences and improve team performance
  • Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance to uphold operational standards and productivity
  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning to optimize workforce efficiency and coverage
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages and support uninterrupted service
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed to secure premises and prepare for daily operations
  • Prepare daily sales and operational reports to track performance metrics and support management decision-making
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets through effective team leadership and coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in the F&B industry preferred as it supports effective team leadership

Other Information

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required to meet operational needs
