Possible Store Assignment
To supervise the store operations to work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results-oriented objective.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor that quality food products are correctly served to customers
- Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store
- Keep track of item movement in the store for monthly inventories
- Coordinate with the General Services Department the performance of the equipment, furniture and fixtures
- Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores
- Prepares and monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage
- Monitor individual performance of each staff
- Monitor, gather and analyze sales performance matrix
- Work together with the team and the Area manager in meeting the stores goals and profitability
- College level
- At least has 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Customer service driven
- Financial and analytical skills
- Leadership skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Good proficiency in English language
- Good command of MS Office Applications
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in multi-tasking environment
