What You'll Do:
- Support the Restaurant OIC in managing day-to-day store operations while upholding company standards.
- Lead and motivate shift teams to achieve sales goals, operational excellence, and top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives that improve store efficiency, team performance, and overall service quality.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow and succeed.
- Be the face of great hospitalityensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a casual dining restaurant.
- A natural leader with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
- Strong customer service and floor management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make smart, on-the-spot decisions.
