Restaurant Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and lead the staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, monitoring food and beverage quality, and resolving customer concerns promptly. The Supervisor will also work to foster a positive work environment, ensure health and safety regulations are met, and drive the overall success of restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, staff management, and task delegation
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills for team coordination and client interaction
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including knowledge of inventory management and quality assurance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is advantageous
